WeaveMyStory provides predefined and custom writing packages—memoirs, biographies, personal letters, blogs/articles, coffee table books with pictures, custom songs/poems/ghazals—plus subscriptions and publishing services. All projects are ghostwritten by our team unless specified. Delivery times and revisions vary by package (see Packages page).

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to order. By purchasing, you confirm the accuracy of provided information and your right to share it.

3. Ordering & Payment

• Orders are placed via our website. Full payment is due upfront for packages and publishing; subscriptions are billed monthly.

• Prices are in INR, with a 10% discount applied as a limited-time offer. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking).

• Additional shipping fees may apply for printed copies (quoted separately).

4. Project Process

• Provide story details (text, voice, photos) via our form or WhatsApp. We draft your project, offer 1-3 revisions (per package), and deliver digitally or physically as agreed.

• Custom projects (“Tailor Your Tale”) require a quoted approval before starting. Delays in client feedback may extend timelines.

5. Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of your story content provided to us. Upon full payment, you own the final delivered work (e.g., memoir, song).

• We retain rights to use anonymized excerpts for marketing unless you opt out in writing.

6. Revisions & Satisfaction

• Revisions are limited to package terms (e.g., 1 for short songs, 3 for epic memoirs). Additional edits incur extra fees, quoted per request.

• We aim for satisfaction but don’t guarantee subjective approval—final drafts are delivered post-revision.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

• No refunds after work begins (drafting starts within 3 days of payment). Cancellations before drafting receive a full refund minus a 5% processing fee.

• Subscriptions cancel anytime; no refunds for partial months.

8. Delivery

• Digital delivery is via email (PDF/docx); physical copies ship within India or internationally (extra cost). Delays due to shipping or client input aren’t our liability.

9. Liability

• We’re not responsible for errors in client-provided content or losses from third-party services (e.g., shipping, payment gateways).

• Our liability is limited to the project fee paid.

10. Privacy

• We collect personal data (name, email, story details) to fulfill orders, stored securely per Indian laws. See our Privacy Policy for details.

11. Termination

• We may refuse service or terminate orders for non-payment, abusive behavior, or illegal content requests, with no refund if work has started.
